All our rooms offer En-suite facilities with very comfortable beds and fresh crisp linen, Smart TV, WIFI, Towels,
hairdryers, complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate which are replenished daily.
After a good nights sleep start your day off with a delicious range of cooked breakfasts made with fresh locally sourced produce served in our cosy dining room. This is complemented with cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juices, toast, preserves and unlimited freshly brewed tea and coffee.
We will do our best to meet any special dietary requirements (gluten-free / dairy-free / vegan etc). Please provide as much notice as possible.

MoclinejoWe are approximately 1 mile from Knott End-on-sea with shops, restaurants, pubs and the ferry slip where you can pop over to Fleetwood. There is a great sea wall with footpath which takes you from Knott End to Pilling Sands and onward to Lancaster.
Nearby is the lively town of Poulton-le-Fylde with many great places to eat and drink a new shopping centre and a local market every Monday. It is approximately 10 miles to the seaside town of Blackpool, the Market town of Garstang and the beautiful scenery of the Trough of Bowland and Beacon Fell. The historical town of Lancaster is just 20 minutes away and just over 30 mins to the start of the Lake District.

Tastefully renovated from an old 19th century pub and set in the heart of the village of Preesall.
We have spent many months turning the disused old public house into our new cosy home and B&B.
We stripped out almost every brick a point when there was not a single interior wall floor or ceiling remaining and 32 acro's holding up the back of the building.
Now over 5 years later we have almost finished! (you're never, ever, quite done, are you?)
We think we have a very homely feel whilst blending traditional B&B hospitality with modern service and facilities such as free WiFi throughout.
There is a comfortable guest lounge to relax in, watch TV or enjoy the patio, accessed by the french windows, great on summer evenings and fresh winter mornings.
